Welcome to Pink Gloves Cleaning (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”). By booking a service, visiting our website, or communicating with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Pink Gloves Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including light turnover, full reset, deep cleaning, and optional add-on services. The exact scope of work is based on the service package selected at booking. We reserve the right to decline or modify service requests at our discretion.

2. Booking & Scheduling

Appointments must be booked in advance. Your time slot is confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation from us. We may request photos or details of the space before accepting a booking. Arrival windows are approximate; cleaners may arrive up to 30 minutes before or after the scheduled time due to traffic or unforeseen delays.

3. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe, uninterrupted access to the property. If the cleaner cannot access the space, a 50% cancellation fee applies.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major payment methods including debit, credit, and e-transfer. Prices may vary based on the condition, size, or additional tasks required. Any unpaid balances must be settled before future services can be booked.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To avoid fees, cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments may incur a charge of 50% of the service fee.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to address the issue at no extra charge. Refunds are not offered for completed services, but we will make every effort to correct concerns.

7. Safety & Limitations

For safety reasons, we do not move heavy furniture, clean high-risk areas, or perform tasks requiring specialized equipment. Hazardous conditions (mold, infestations, biohazards, etc.) may result in service refusal or additional charges.

8. Liability

Pink Gloves Cleaning is insured. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, unstable fixtures, items not disclosed as fragile, or accidents resulting from unsafe conditions in the home. Clients must secure valuables prior to service.

9. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
