Pink Gloves Cleaning – Service Rules & Policies

Thank you for choosing Pink Gloves Cleaning for your residential cleaning needs. Please review the following service policies to ensure a smooth, respectful, and high-quality experience.

Scope of Service
• Services are provided strictly according to the selected checklist.
• Any cleaning duties not included in the checklist will be charged as an add-on service.
• Requests for additional tasks must be approved before or during service and are subject to time and availability.

Time & Service Limits
• Time listed as “max” represents the maximum number of hours allocated to the job.
• If the checklist is completed before the maximum time, the service is considered complete.
• Additional time may be added subject to availability and will be billed at an hourly rate.

Client Conduct & Safety
• Clients are asked not to stand over or closely supervise staff while cleaning.
• Disrespectful, harassing, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
• Pink Gloves Cleaning reserves the right to leave the premises immediately if staff feel unsafe or uncomfortable. Payment will still be due.
• We do not clean animal waste, bodily fluids, mold, biohazards, or unsafe materials.

Health, Allergies & Sensitivities
• Please inform us before your appointment of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products.
• We will do our best to accommodate alternative products when possible.

Deep Cleaning & Baseboards
• Deep clean services include baseboard cleaning where safe to do so.
• If paint is flaking, peeling, or appears fragile, baseboards may be skipped to prevent damage.

Bedrooms & Linen
• Bedroom services include changing bedding only if clean linens are provided.
• If clean bedding is not available, beds will be neatly made using existing linens.

Equipment & Access Limitations
• Areas that cannot be safely reached may be excluded from cleaning, including very high ceilings, tall windows, or areas requiring unsafe ladder use.
• All areas to be cleaned must be accessible at the time of service.

Pets
• Pets must be secured or kept out of work areas during the cleaning.
• We are not responsible for pets that interfere with or disrupt service.

Clutter & Preparation
• Excessive clutter may limit the quality or scope of cleaning.
• Picking up, organizing, or decluttering personal items is not included unless booked as an add-on.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Prompt notice is appreciated to allow for scheduling adjustments.

Payment Policy
• Full payment is due at the time of service.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated prior to your appointment.
• Failure to submit payment may result in refusal of future services.

Damages & Breakage
• While every effort is taken to care for your home, normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage is not our responsibility.
• Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Issue Resolution
• If something on the checklist was missed, please notify us promptly after service.
• Refunds are not issued; however, we are happy to correct any verified issues related to the cleaning.

Photos & Quality Control
• Photos may be taken before and after service for quality control and documentation purposes only.

Right to Refuse Service
• Pink Gloves Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or policy violations.
